What we need from you

1. Project Scope & Alignment

Executive sponsorship: Clear champion at Archer to own decision-making and remove roadblocks.

2. Data & System Access

Current part master data: Part numbers, descriptions, vendors, reorder quantities, lead times.
Bill of materials (BOMs) or consumption data: Where and how parts are used in production.

3. Physical Implementation Needs

Space to work: Tables and chairs near and on the shop floor.
Access to power and wifi
Facility support: IT and maintenance support for installing devices or printers in production areas.
Expedited procurement: To avoid delays we will buy organizational hardware and invoice Archer rather than going through a long procurement process.
Access to facilities: The Arda team will need access to the production areas we are implementing in.

4. People & Process Alignment

Process owner(s): Department leads who will help map replenishment processes (e.g., warehouse → lineside, subassembly → main line).
Cross-department alignment: Warehouse, purchasing, production, and suppliers agreeing to use the same replenishment signals.
Change management support: Archer providing training time and attendance for technicians and supervisors.
Feedback loop: Agreement on cadence for review meetings (weekly during rollout, monthly after stabilization).

5. Implementation Support

Pilot site selection: Agreement on where to start (e.g., Engine line).
Timeline commitment: Dates for pilot start, go-live, and phased expansion.
Resource allocation: Archer staff discovery, setup, and training.
KPIs for pilot success: (e.g., zero stockouts in 30 days, 10%+ uptime increase, reduction in manual workarounds).
