Scaling with Value

Unlike traditional systems that require significant time and investment before delivering any value, Arda creates efficiencies on Day 1. Every Arda Card streamlines material flow, makes you more responsive to changes, and drives efficiency.
We believe in investing in our customers and providing simple, transparent pricing that reflects the value we’re delivering, rather than the costs we’re incurring. In exchange for an up-front, two-year commitment to system-wide rollout, we’re including full-team, in-person onboarding at no additional cost. Pre-paying for advanced features that we’re developing will enable us to accelerate the rate at which we deploy. Pricing is per card per month, but paid annually with a two-year commitment:

Accelerated Deployment

We can accelerate the pace of deployment by bringing on additional team members and scaling our implementation process as we go. Pre-paying for features that we have yet to complete but which will be ready by the end of our Archer-wide deployment at a pro-rated price will enable us to complete a system-wide rollout of Arda across all three facilities before the end of the year.

Kanban Loops: A Kanban is a call for work to be done. When supplies are consumed at one location and the card triggers replenishment from another, the movement of supplies between those locations is the “loop”.
Cards per Loop: In the case of Toyota, they have one hour of inventory on the line, even though replenishment takes more than 1 hour. They have multiple Kanban cards in a loop, many of which are actively in replenishment workflows at a given time in order to make sure that the gears are in motion to always deliver the next hour of parts at the required time.
