Arda is architected for enterprise-scale integrations
API-First Platform Design
We took an API-first, micro-services approach to creating Arda to ensure scalability and flexibility. We separate business logic from integration logic. Our modules are loosely coupled, our endpoints are explicitly defined, our information model is stable and versioned, and events can be streamed or posted synchronously.
We support real-time operations (for critical flows), batch syncs, and fallback modes. We provide observability, monitoring, and error handling to ensure data integrity. All of this makes integration with SAP (or other ERPs) fast, reliable, and sustainable.
We’ve already built integrations with Archer’s systems of record
Automated Jira Ticket Workflow
We have already built an integration with Jira that we use internally. Working with your IT team, we will be able to use card scans to automatically create Jira tickets with the real-time, optimized replenishment information that Arda collects.
Copy & Paste Spreadsheet Workflow for SAP
During our August pilot, which had a scope too narrow to consider an incorporation with SAP, we produced a standardized spreadsheet output that could be copied and pasted into SAP, saving time without requiring IT approval, deep integration, or expensive consulting hours.
We have a new, more accurate data source that syncs with SAP. Integration options make that sync faster.
ERPs are not built to handle inventory in motion. That’s where Arda excels.
No plan survives contact with production. ERPs track materials through the procurement process and into a warehouse, but once materials are picked and go to production, they’re lost until they show up on the other side as finished goods. The shop floor is often a black box to ERPs because they lack a real-time feedback mechanism to capture data when digital plans meet physical reality. Arda is the missing real-time feedback loop that ERPs lack.
Every card scan acts as a data backstop that reconciles ERPs with shop-floor reality. Because Arda turns everyday action into real-time process control and visibility by making recordkeeping the happy accident of a productive and enabling workflow, we often calculate more accurate inventory counts by inferring consumption from card scan frequency and estimating inventory levels
We have all of the data. We have options for how we connect the dots.
Because the current material replenishment process in SAP is so tedious, parts are lost, inventory counts are inaccurate, and 17 people are tagged on Slack for parts to travel 300 feet in the same building. Arda will immediately streamline replenishment workflows and provide a supplemental data source that gets fed into SAP to increase system reliability and accuracy. All that’s left to do is move data around more efficiently.
