We’re creating a repeatable, scalable process for rolling out Arda at Archer.

Starting in Battery, Arda’s executive team will oversee the first two-week sprint to implement Arda for ~200 items. During this time we’ll document the process and iterate on improvements.
The next two-week sprint will focus on the ~200 items in the engine department. During this sprint, if you choose to accelerate the process, we will bring on additional team members so that we can get them up to speed and refine the process before going to Airframe. Hopefully we can bring someone from Airframe into this process as well.
In Airframe, we’ll be able to complete 400 items in 2 weeks by splitting up the larger group into two teams, each of which will tackle 200 items.
We can then do a full. two-week, 400-item sprint in Georgia before Thanksgiving, which will give us the information we need to return in December and tackle the rest of your operation, getting Archer fully implemented on Arda by 2026.
