Choose environment (Sandbox/Production) from the profile menu in the top-right corner
Retrieving SEON Credentials
Step 1: Access API License Keys
In the SEON Admin Console, navigate to Settings → Organization → API License Keys Retrieve the following credentials: API Key - Your unique API authentication key To add new API keys, select the desired environment (Sandbox/Production), specify the name and click create.
Configuring SEON in Apaya Portal
Step 2: Access Connector Configuration
Navigate to Connectors → My Connectors Locate the SEON connector in the available connectors list Click Add Connector or Edit if already added Step 3: Enter SEON Credentials
Enter the credentials retrieved in Step 1 into the Apaya Portal 'Edit Account' pop-up for SEON:
X-API Key - The API key from SEON Admin Console (enter either Sandbox/Production key depending on the Apaya environment) MerchantId - The merchant ID (optional)* SubMerchantId - The sub-merchant ID (optional)* Enter True or False for each of the below API configurations, ensuring they match your SEON contract to avoid overcharging:

Note: Apaya caters for optional/custom rule details, which can be configured in the Scoring Engine within the Custom rules area on the Seon platform.
Currently Apaya caters for MerchantId and SubMerchantId only, please contact if you require additional custom fields.

Navigate to Workflow Studio in the Apaya Portal Select the workflow you want to add fraud detection to Locate your Provider Node (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) On the payment provider node, click the cog icon and select Fraud Providers Select SEON from the dropdown
