🌟 To view more detailed ecommerce data, you can use Explorations in GA4 to create custom reports. We recommend starting with a blank exploration and then adding relevant dimensions and metrics.

How to Create Custom Ecommerce Report in GA4?

Now, let's create an exploration report with transaction IDs. Follow these steps:
👉 Go to Explore in Google Analytics 4.

👉 Create a blank report.

👉 Add ecommerce dimensions. In this example, we will add Transaction ID and Item name.

If you use an item-scoped metric, you can add another item metric instead of an event-scoped metric. Same for event-scoped metrics and dimensions. For instance, you can look at "Item brand" with "Items added to cart" but not with "Add to carts".

👉 Choose metrics related to your ecommerce business such as Items purchased and Item revenue.

👉 Double click on each dimension and metric to add them to your report.
