Crafting your own research process

Coda’s very own User Research and Design team collaborated to bring you this template. While the instructions throughout this doc help you customize your research process, this page provides user research tips to highlight the purpose of each step. Feel free to tailor this doc to define your unique research process, and reach out to our support team if you have any questions!

Writing down project details, goals, and assumptions can help streamline the rest of your work, but using Coda has the added benefit of taking what you enter and making it referenceable everywhere else in the doc.
