Is there another way to duplicate a page? Yes! Let’s have some fun with buttons.

With the Duplicate page button action, you’ll be able to set up how you would like to duplicate a page in advance and the get the type of duplication you’d like with just one push. No more needing to decide whether to keep subpages or what paste options to choose from. Your future self will thank you!

Set up your own Duplicate page button 👇

Instructions:

Use the keyboard shortcut /duplicate page to create the button

Name and Label your button

Keep the Action as Duplicate page

Use the dropdown list to select the right Page you would like to duplicate

Choose your New Page Name

Select the Location of these new page(s)

Leave Blank to add to the top of the page list

Choose an existing page/subpage to nest them

Toggle on the Include Subpages if you would like to include subpages

Decide the

Paste options⁠

on Tables & Views

If you select Duplicate data, a new Include Rows section will ask if you would like to:

All rows

Visible rows only

No rows (just column headers)

That’s it! You’ve made your Duplicate page button.
