Create connected views

Highlight the table you would like to copy ()
Copy the table by using the keyboard shortcut of Cmd/Ctrl C or right click to copy
Paste the table by using the keyboard shortcut of Cmd/Ctrl V or right click to paste
That’s it! Pasting a table creates a connected view by default. No need to click through the paste options. The chain link next to your table’s title should be 1
🔥 Tip! You can also use the keyboard shortcut with the slash command /views and select the table name,

To Duplicate Data Instead

Highlight the table you would like to copy ()
Copy the table by using the keyboard shortcut of Cmd/Ctrl C or right click to copy
Paste the table by using the keyboard shortcut of Cmd/Ctrl V or right click to paste
Pay attention to the bottom of your screen for the toaster pop up.
Click on duplicate data instead
That’s it! Your new table is a duplicate but not a view. The link next to the the table’s title should be 0.
To remove the rows but keep the column headers, makes sure you click on Paste options.

Note: If you change your mind, you can click on Paste options again during this short period.
