so the society pe user onboarding is like -
after the Hardware setup and client onboarding is done - admin dashboard yet to discuss
carnival hota hai and in that carnival we cross-sell our different business as like DCC, fastag sale, RFID, etc (earlier store used to be there but burn jyada tha toh hata diya )
So during carnival, the tags are distributed to the users during it and all the tags are already mapped to that particular society
and the user is asked to install park+ app and add the vehicle from their VRN number
app install > add vehicle > add tag and secret code
then after the user is sucessfully mapped to the RFID tag and the infra
after successfully adding tag
we still show them a screen of fastag (marketing tactic ) to inform users that you can recharge fastags and other services as well from this app. this will increase transacting customers and also eventually icreased the number of people recharging fastag who went thru this flow
now in the backend there are verification checks at every step
there is a check of whether the VRN is valid or not check whether the Tag ID and secret code match and are they valid vehicle type check - 4W or 2W and does it match the vehicle details fetched earlier one more check ##missed## after all these checks are cleared and the RFID tag is activated we show them the fastag recharge wali screen ( marketing tactic) even though the tag is activated we prompt the user to do 10rs recharge now the case is a little different for Fitkit or virtual tags
since RFIDs have physical EPC incorporated in them. they can work fine and can be readed automatically at the society gate
but in the case of FITkits - we dont have EPC in the fitkit , (there is only a QR, which after scanned can be used to contact the owner of the vehicle via in app chat feature)
so now for fitkit there is a different flow
we hit an API called ultra pro max
which maps VRN to NPCI ( national payment coporation of India) via NPCI's API and it fetches the EPC from there. )

Now after you've added vehicle you can go check society home page out
where add flat details comes up for the first time in the quick actions
after the flat mapping is done - the text changes to manage visitors
in the manage visitors section - where you can manage the entire visitors that visit your residence , there is an activity tab, visitors and cabs and helpers columns where you can accept or reject visitors
and there are easy to understand quick actions
what does lock tg do? lock tag is a option you can select for your car (use case : you have your car inside your society for a fixed amount of time and you can lock and unlock your tag - when you want it inside - Get more context on this
Partnership management
so we have different partners for our app - different VMS systems , a few societys already had a few partners onboarded so we wanted to collaborate with them

so there was a different flow earlier - for the partner
earlier the activation happened through the partner but there were major fallbacks like the entire activation was on the partner app and they didnt even get introduced to Park+ app. the only thing we'd do is mygate would do the entire acitvation and would just expose an API of park+ (for what????)
to get vehicle info mapped to that society through us (but they didnt expose any data to us - no vehicle data no VRNs)
the flow looked like Parnter would talk to vehicle service and the vehicle service would talk to infra and get the details through this
