To drive (force) society users with our FASTag recharge flow to create a habit/ experience of fastag recharge via Park+ app to eventually increase transactional count of these users on the App.

Case 1 → Bank id found → Use the same and take the user to the payment page

User will select a payment method

IF Payment Success → Show Tag activated successful screen.

IF Payment Pending → Take the user to the payment page with in-progress status for some time (15 secs)

Post 15 secs, show Tag activated successful screen

IF Payment Failed → Show failed payment screen and ask the user to pay again (this time there will be an option to skip).

AND if the payment fails for the second time too, instead of failed payment screen, take the user to the Tag activated successful screen.

Post payment success cases handling

Post confirmation of the recharge from the partner, a push notification will be sent:

Case 1: Recharge Successful

“Your FASTag has been recharged with Rs 10”

Case 2: Recharge Failed

“Your recharge has been failed, we have credited back the amount to your account. This will not affect your access”
