::tl:dr::

our vision is supplied by our “creative economic engine.” a group of “creatives” and visionaries - poets, philosophers, artists, theologians, and more. this vision technically applied creates the substance for our business and business plan.
the business is a platform that brings biz pros and dvlpt pros together to collaborate on developing innovative small businesses and innovative business apps. also, a mobile app is to be developed that will focus on building a community around our operations, and also to get people excited about things we get excited about - biz/econ!

tres

::asabiyyah/Invisible_hand::

tres: the break down: the most efficient shot in basketball is from the post. however to score consistently from there, you have to be a big man. likewise in society; if you’re not a big guy - lauded politician, wealthy investor, or ceo of a large corporation - then comparatively your powers are limited. the second most effective shot in basketball is a three pointer (hence tres) - which the little guy can master. the analogy is that we’re mastering the three - “tres.” in other words, mastering the most effective way to leave a lasting contribution to society (without a trust fund or something of the sort).
asabiyyah: the subtitle to this section is shared-vision. our intention with the shared vision is to get several “creatives” (such as poets, philosopher, theologians, and artists) and have them - in essay form - provide their vision in terms of what it means to be a patriot and global citizen going forward. this vision is going to be paramount in guiding our operations - providing everyone involved with mental models and vision. these guiding words turned application, is, drumroll... the business plan.

desktop app
asterisk
the desktop is a central core to our operations. our long-range goal is to have our own proprietary app. until then, our back-end tools are the atlassian family of tools & coda.io. as we crystallize our systems and understand our own processes - the goal is to create our own internal app (that’s the vision!). as the center of our collaboration, it brings dvlpt pros and biz pros together on projects. applicably what does this mean? a place for documentation, communication, and project management. the vision is for the proprietary app to be tailored to our needs - and also unite fun with productivity, and beauty with utility - something unique to us and our culture.
mobile app
asterisk
the mobile app has lots of intended features. we intend for it to be the cultural hub of a learning organization and learning community: a place for people to engage, learn, and belong. there will be free features as well as private member spaces (with a trial). as a side note, it is the monetary fuel of our operations. please see the website for details of the apps tentative content plan.
board structure
we envision a tri-partate board structure: each with differing responsibilities and less “power” going down the ladder. they are...
the_11: our primary board of 11 members to monitor all internal operations. they are there to guide systems, keep an eye on our monetary situation and projections, and anticipate problems. there expertise, of course, is hoped to bring unforeseen benefits to the organization as well.
the_33: our advisory board of 33 members is intended to bring technical expertise. creating biz and dvlpt solutions, this board is there to solve technical problems and create technical solutions. their vision and expertise - as they have been selected for their biz or dvlpt success - is sought for our individual projects and approach to their development.
the_55: our “creative economic engine.” this is a place for luminaries in the spaces of the humanities to bring their creative vision to our business. from theologians to poets, we hope to bring a class off “creatives,” contributing to bringing a unified creative vision to our technical operations. it is intended for them to contribute to courses and live-sessions on our app - creating a rounded community for our precious project.
that concludes our board structure... not to insist... but we need you!

in terms of 💵... our finances are primarily dependent on mobile app subscribers. for our marketing method, see “application” section in page 2. we want to build community & collaboration, and we endeavor to support these twain operations through the mobile app.
