Learnings
Small and mid-market subscription businesses severely struggle to stitch together all their data sources and largely fly blind when attempting to combat churn and retain revenue.
While more mature subscription businesses may have a decent handle on subscription-level insights (e.g. conversion on a specific subscription), unifying and transforming raw data into subscriber-level intelligence (e.g. churn rate for subscribers across all subscription products, touchpoints, etc) is almost non-existing for this segment (See why in first point above).
Subscriber-level intelligence is necessary but not sufficient for this segment. These businesses want the ability to automate the workflow to their downstream marketing, customer support tools.
Product
Improved the data pipeline performance and expanded our core data model.
Launched 10+ new 3rd-party integrations including Recharge, Adyen, Hubspot, App Stores.
Redesigned the dashboard and rolled out a suite of new intelligence (KPIs, behavioral attributes, risk factors) and functionality (subscriber-level filtering and segmentation).
Traction
Launched first cohort of pilot customers, representing $75k+ in ARR.
Added 10+ potential customers to the active pipeline.
Kicked off discussions with channel (Endeavor Streaming, Mindbody) and product (ThetaCLV) partners.
