DP Admin’s order list provides the ability to query the detailed information for each order.

We provide the search function, you may search with various criteria, like user id, DP Order ID, Hub Reference ID, Order create time.
Do remember we will only display the order list with last 3 month from now in default, to make sure the best search performance.
You can download the order list with maximum 100k rows per file with the information column listed out on the page.
You can also search the order with different filter on the table, like sub-category 2, platform, order status and so on.
Click on “+” button on each row, it will provide more order details information.
Click on “order id” here to get to the order detail page to explore more operation on this order.

Data Delay

As we are using the elastic search for the order list display, you may expect the data will be delayed for a while.

✍️ Major Use Case

I have order ID from user

Input the “DP order ID” to “Order ID” box, click on the search button to get accurate search.
Do remember to remove the “create time” criteria when you are searching with a historical order created before 3 months.

I want to get all orders failed during a time period

Change the create time in search area with start time and end time, click on search to get a rough result
Recommend to not search the range more than 3 months to avoid search timeout.
