Why we need to know this?

As DP has plenty of admin function to support various FE / BE logic, dev may not be able to always cover all the category specified function, and inject category data accordingly. Thereby, for regional PM who is in charged with new category launch, please pay attention to the admin changes, if your new product requires any function related, please mark on your PRD.
