What problem does Caliber Solve?
Ability for a trainer/QC to score, assess, track and review the performance of a trainee
Ability for a QC to calculate the overall batch performance
Ability for the QC/trainer to download the enire report of the audit and send it to the client.
Caliber is an important feature that is majorly used by QC members and trainers to assess, understand and track the progress of trainees in certain activities like Exam, Project, Audit as well as Coding Challenges.
Before accessing and assessing Caliber, the audit (live and project) should be added to the assigned curriculum and batch members should be configured.

Adding to Assigned Curriculum :

Steps to add to assigned curriculum:
Click on the + button and select Assessments and click on “Live Audit”
In the overlay opened on the right, key in the title of the audit, Description, Content Coverage, Session Start and End time, The type of Session (Audit or Project) , Skills for which the session has to be conducted in , Estimated Duration and Content Coverage (For which week’s curriculum is the ssion conducted for)
Once filling all the above said fields, you can either “Add as Shell” and configure later or “Configure Session” instantaneously. This is particularly useful if you already have a set of batch members in handy that could be configured while creating the activity itself.
On the other hand, if you don not know the batch members yet, just “Add as Shell”
Once it is added, you can edit it(rename it), delete it or configure it from Assigned Curriculum page as and when you want.
Once a session is created, It will be automatically added to Caliber
