The Softskills View is your specialized dashboard for tracking non-technical professional development. It aggregates data from behavioral assessments and interview simulations to provide a profile of a trainee's readiness for client interaction and workplace communication.

Step 1: Accessing the Softskills View:

Navigation: Open the Quality Audit dashboard from Caliber Icon in the side nav bar menu.
Selection: Click on the Softskills View tab.
Initial View: You will see a list of trainees and their current performance across various interpersonal categories like Written Evaluation and Interview Prep.

Step 2: Syncing and Importing Soft Skill Data

To ensure the most recent mock interviews and written tests are included, you must manually refresh the data.
Import Assessment scores from iMocha:
Click the Sync Assessments button to open the Import Activity Results overlay.
Review the Available Assessments list, which includes modules like "Interview Prep (AI): Tell Me About Yourself" or "Written Evaluation: Tech Agnostic".
Click the plus (+) icon to move relevant assessments into the Selected Activities column.
Click Import to finalize the data transfer into your Softskills table.

Step 3: Analyzing the Communication Profile

Examine the synchronized table to identify who is "client-ready".
Performance Columns: * Overall: A synchronized average of all professional skills.
Individual Deep Dive: Use the search bar to find a specific trainee and review their progress across different interview scenarios .

Step 4: Overall Soft Skill Health

Batch Average: Look at the orange Average (%) row to see how the cohort is performing in specific soft skill categories.

Step 5: Exporting Insights

Action: Click the Download Report button.
Outcome: Generate a report to share with career coaches or placement leads to highlight candidates who excel in communication despite technical hurdles.
