Purpose:
The Sessions View serves as the operational command center for scheduling and tracking the lifecycle of assessments within a cohort. It enables trainers/QC to configure upcoming audit/project sessions, monitor real-time progress, and ensure that all technical and project evaluations are executed on schedule for the batch.
Description:

Timeline: Displays the current progress (e.g., 10/14 Week) to help you track the audit relative to the course duration.
Cohort Details: Tag indicators show the Lead (e.g., Sarath Kumar), training type (HTD, Cohort Based), and the total number of members (300).

Tabs:
Sessions: Manage and view specific assessment events.
Skill View: Analyze performance based on specific technical skills.
Project / Softskills / Competency Views: Deep dive into evaluations and project-based milestones.

Starting an Audit Session:
The Audit Session screen is an interactive evaluation interface used to audit individual trainee performance during a live or recorded session. It allows you to score technical and soft skills while providing detailed qualitative feedback.

Step-by-Step Actions

1. Identify the Candidate

Verify Name: Confirm the trainee being audited is selected in the top dropdown and displayed in the primary summary row. Only the student selected will be shown in expanded view. Rest of the students will be in collapsed view.

2. Provide High-Level Ratings

Technical & Soft Skills: Assign sentiment-based ratings (e.g., using the smiley face icons) to represent the candidate's proficiency in both technical execution and interpersonal communication.
Review Audit Average: View the auto-calculated Overall Audit Average (on a scale, e.g., 5) based on individual question scores.
Draft Feedback: Enter a summary in the Audit Feedback box. Describe strengths and areas for improvement, such as "needs to refine error handling."

3. Manage Assessment Questions

Select Category: Use the tabbed navigation (e.g., "Build Ja...") to switch between different skills. These skills will be displayed based on the skills that were configured while setting up the session. If there were 4 skills configured, there would be 4 tabs.
Evaluate Specific Questions:
Add Question: * Click the orange + Add button to create a new custom question during the session.
Read the Test Question (e.g., "What kind of prompts did you give the AI tool?").
Assign Points: Use the numerical stepper to input a score for that specific answer.
Add Notes: Click + Add Notes to provide context or specific observations regarding the candidate’s technical response.
Use the Trash Icon to remove any irrelevant or skipped questions.
Once the scores are added, the average score is automatically computed for each skill as well as the overall average score across different skills for each student.

Starting a Project Session:
The Project Session screen is an evaluation module designed to assess a trainee's practical application of coding skills through specific project deliverables.

Purpose of the View

This view enables an auditor to review a candidate's project work (e.g., a full-stack web application) and assign scores based on both quality control (QC) and trainer standards. It provides a side-by-side comparison of the project requirements and the candidate's execution results.

Step-by-Step Actions

1. Candidate Selection and Entry

Target Selection: Use the dropdown at the top right to select the trainee currently presenting (e.g., Jacob Jhon).

2. Review Project Scope

Project Description: Add the summary in the text area to understand the technical requirements, such as front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js/Express) specifications.
Feature Verification: Cross-check the candidate's demo.

3. Assignment of Scores

QC Score: Use the numerical stepper to input the score based on technical compliance and quality standards.
Trainer Score: Input the score provided by the trainer based on the trainee's progress and effort throughout the build.
Automated Calculation: The system will populate the Overall Project Score based on these inputs.

4. Adding Notes/Feedback

Add Notes: In the Notes column, click + Add Notes (for candidates like Beatrice Fairweather) or edit existing feedback to document specific technical strengths or areas needing refinement, such as error handling.
Remove Entries: If a candidate is no longer part of the audit, use the Trash Icon to remove their row from the current session view.
