3. Solution Creation

A Solution represents an upskilling plan designed to address learner skill gaps. Based on identified skill gaps, a solution enables the system to automatically analyze and recommend targeted upskilling paths by importing and processing relevant data.
Solutions help organizations:
Identify existing skill gaps
Recommend structured upskilling journeys
Align learning outcomes with target job roles

Types of Upskilling Solutions

When creating a solution, users can choose one of the following upskilling types:

1. Bridge Gaps

Focuses on upskilling existing skills
Used when learners need improvement in their current skill set

2. New Path

Focuses on upskilling for a new skill or career path
Used when learners are transitioning to a new role or domain

3.1 Steps to Create a Solution

Navigate to the Solution tab.
Click on Add Solution.

3. Select the Upskilling Type:
Bridge Gaps or
New Path
4. Fill in the required details:
Solution Title
Description
Upskilling Duration
Target Job Profiles
5. Review the entered information.
6. Click Add Solution to create the solution.

3.2 Skill Inventory Import

Solution Dashboard Overview

After creating a solution, it will appear in the Solution Dashboard. The dashboard provides a consolidated view of all created solutions along with key metrics, including:
Solution Name
Number of Users Shortlisted
Number of Users Finalized
Progress
Current Status of the solution
This view helps track the overall progress and effectiveness of each upskilling solution.

Importing Skill Inventory Data

To analyze skill gaps, skill inventory data must be uploaded for the selected solution.

Steps to Import Data:

Click on the Solution from the Solution Dashboard.
On the solution details page, download or refer to the sample template provided.
The data must be uploaded only in the specified template format.
Click on Import Data.

4. Select and upload the completed data file.
5. After upload, the system will display a summary including:
Number of Employees
Job Profiles
Skills Count
6. Review the summary and click Done.
7. It will Import the data.
