Once the skill inventory data is successfully imported, the system automatically performs a Skill Gap Analysis based on the uploaded information.

Automated Analysis Outcomes

The system analyzes skill gaps across the entire uploaded dataset.
It identifies:
Overall skill gaps
Number of job profiles
Number of skills
Deficient critical skills
Critical skills are pre-defined in the uploaded data. During analysis, the system validates and highlights deficiencies specifically for these critical skills.

Overall Skill Gap Summary

The analysis provides a consolidated view including:
Total job profiles analyzed
Total skills evaluated
List of deficient critical skills across the organization

Skill Landscape

The Skill Landscape section visualizes employee proficiency distribution across skills.
Details:
Displays employee count by proficiency level
Includes a matrix chart:
X-axis: Proficiency levels
Y-axis: Skills present in the uploaded data
Each cell in the chart represents the number of employees at a specific proficiency level for a given skill
Interactions:
Hovering over a cell displays:
Employee count
Corresponding proficiency level for that skill
Top and bottom navigation arrows are provided to support viewing a large number of skills in the chart

Skill Gap by Job Profile

This section breaks down skill gaps job-profile-wise.
For each job profile, the system displays:
Job profile name
Number of employees mapped to that job profile
Required skills for the job profile
Color-coded indicators showing:
Average employee proficiency per skill
Skill readiness level
Hover Interaction:
Hovering over a color indicator reveals the associated skill and proficiency insights

Job Profile Skill Preview

Each skill listed under a job profile includes a Preview button.
On clicking Preview, the system displays:
Job profile–specific details:
Total number of employees
Total number of required skills
List of deficient skills for that job profile
Skill Gap Visualization Matrix filtered to the selected job profile
Workspace Table containing:
Individual employee details
Skill-wise proficiency levels
Identified skill gaps
Suggested potential career paths
