This section focuses on the Job Profile tab.

Job Profile

The Job Profile tab represents the integration point with iMocha and defines the Job Profile workflow used for skill evaluation. All job profiles created within the iMocha platform are listed in this tab.

Purpose

The Job Profile tab enables users to:

View job profiles created in iMocha

Sync job profiles from iMocha to the Evolv platform

Review skill mappings, scores, and critical skill indicators

Note: This is a view-only section. No edits or modifications can be performed from the Evolv platform.

Actions

1. Sync

The Sync button retrieves all job profiles created in iMocha and synchronizes them with the Evolv platform. This ensures that the latest job profiles and their associated configurations are available for use.

Note: There is no Automation Sync Currently, Only Manual sync is available.

2. Add Job Profile

The Add Job Profile button redirects the user to the iMocha platform, where new job profiles can be created. Once created, these profiles must be synced to appear in Evolv.

Search Functionality

A search option is provided to help users quickly locate specific job profiles from the list.

Job Profile Listing

The Job Profile tab displays a list of job profiles fetched from iMocha. For each job profile, the following information is shown:

Job Role

Skills associated with the job profile

Skill Details

Each job profile includes a dropdown option that allows users to view detailed skill-level information, including:

Complete list of skills mapped to the job profile

Score assigned to each skill

Identification of Critical Skills

If a skill is marked as a Critical Skill in iMocha, the corresponding checkbox is displayed as enabled in Evolv.

Access and Limitations

All job profile and skill data are read-only

Any creation or modification of job profiles must be performed directly in iMocha

Evolv reflects the latest data only after a successful sync
