There is currently little data on-chain or platform about their activity or engagement so platforms and communities are unable to personalize usage like users are accustomed Most of user data (and user identity) is in walled gardens of web2 with little to no-ways of being used in a composable and user focused way Communities, protocols, and developers are starting to understand the necessity of connecting web2 data, on-chain in order to create valuable products for Users. Additionally - we’ve seen a rise of NFTs in both popularity and enterprise adoption. These have been tests for various mass adoption use cases around ownership through collectibles, rewards + loyalty through NFTs, and research purposes of storing data.
Bringing Web2 data on-chain has benefits like increased transparency and composability. To make it happen, community-led development can create scalable solutions that empower stakeholders and meet their needs. By putting their data on a public blockchain, Web2 enterprises can leverage the composability of Web3 to create new experiences and unlock new revenue streams.

Our vision is to empower builders to create user-focused social and financial applications by turning the blockchain into a shared data layer.
Underdog Protocol is an API that empowers developers and communities to integrate dynamic NFTs into their on/off-chain products or workflows to capture user data and create personalized experiences.
Underdog Protocol includes Web2 + Web3 integrations to platforms like Zapier, GitHub, Telegram, Realms, and others. Projects can connect these apps to dynamic NFTs (& SBT’s) that change based on user activity, engagement, or change in data. Underdog Protocol's unique selling points are its gasless API to create dynamic NFTs, an indexer to retrieve NFT data and data from the Solana blockchain, and a metadata service that updates metadata in real-time and in a scalable manner. Underdog Protocol's roadmap for the next 6-12 months includes a builders program, expanding the Underdog Ecosystem, full force on go-to-market efforts, and a no-code builder and increased API functionality.
Our target market is developers building projects using NFTs and Web3 communities and protocols. Our go-to-market strategy includes community building/content marketing, partnerships, and outbound/inbound sales. We’ll start off with the $1B Loyalty + Reward Market for enterprises. We’ll monetize through a hybrid pricing strategy of per seat and per transaction, with the value metric being the number of managed NFTs. Currently at $1700/MRR w/ proof across all pricing packages (Starter to Enterprise). Underdog Protocol has had traction with major brands and 10+ use cases falling into categories such as on-chain reputation, loyalty and rewards, and tracking activities with partners like Parcl, Dispatch Forums, and Superteam. We have been able to generate a pipeline of $110,000/ARR in potential revenue in both Developer and Enterprise Segments. We’re seeking $3.5M to build out the API/ecosystem, grow the builders program, support go-to-market efforts, and expand the team. We’re powered by a team specializing in Trad-Fi, Web3, and SaaS with a perfect mix of productooors, builders, and selloors ranging with experience from Citadel to Uber to Solana.
