Step 1: Assess

For each task, each partner will need to make two judgments.

Approximate how many hours this takes a week to get done - for both you and your partner combined.
Estimate the split in labour between you and your partner from 0-100, with 0 meaning “

does it all” and 100 meaning “

does it all” and 50 meaning equal split.
You’ll notice that the “Your Hrs/week” column calculates how many hours based on your estimated hours/week and the split of the work. Use this to double check your guesswork.
