Next, agree on the split between tasks
The below chart indicates differences in the perceived split in workload between you and your partner.
Remember that in these estimates 0 means “ does it all” and 100 means “ does it all”. Now, decide what the true split between the work is. Remember: at this time you are agreeing on the current split, not the ideal or target split of work.
