Overview

Dates: 5/27/2024 - 5/30/2024 (dates chosen based on availability on venue, despite slightly higher flight costs)

Colorado is a mid-point between the coasts, so it gives the feeling that the teams are meeting each other in the middle.

Denver (closest major airport) is a popular hub, so we should be able to expect flights at reasonable prices, and direct options.

Boulder is known for the outdoors, being so close to the Rocky Mountains, and is thus a great city for a team that likes to stay active. Denver is close enough for trips into the city, as desired.

This venue is at the foot of the Flatiron Mountains, a view that stirs inspiration (I have been there personally and can attest!).

Choose from nearly 60 unique cottages and two historic lodges. There are a variety of lodging options, from studio rooms, 1-3BR apartment cottages, to 4-8 bedroom cottages. Renting the larger cottages could provide alternative spaces to hang out, even if not everyone can sleep in those places.

Three-Bedroom Cottages (3 avail - 12 occupancy)

Three-bedroom cottages provide room and intimacy for families, wedding guests and friends. Each three-bedroom cottage features a queen- or full-size bed in two bedrooms and a full-size bed or set of twin beds in the other bedroom. Plus, a fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room with sleeper sofa, private bath and screened-in front porch.

Two-Bedroom Cottages (9 avail - 27 occupancy)

These two-bedroom cottages are located in a prime location with a view of boulder's iconic flatirons. Each two-bedroom cottage features a queen- or full-size bed in one bedroom and a full-size bed or set of twin beds in the other bedroom. Plus, a fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room with sleeper sofa, private bath and screened-in front porch.

One-Bedroom Cottage (more than 1 avail)

One-bedroom cottages are perfect for a couples' getaway or corporate travel. Each one-bedroom cottage features 1 queen- or full-size bed, 1 full-size sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room, private bath and screened-in front porch.

There are many spaces that a team of 40 can utilize for team building activities or breakout sessions.
