Overview

With validation work we try to reduce risk related to the product endeavor early on. The risk can be divided in different types

Business validity and strategic risk (is it a good idea from a strategic perspective to pursue the product idea and is there a fit for the Sidestream)

Feasibility risk (are we capable of doing it especially from a technical point of view)

Usability risk (Will future customers be able to use our product properly)

Needs to be validated as soon as we have a prototype or MVP → tbd

Currently based on the hypothesis that we will do something similar to Airtable (validate usability) or to go even further: Table UI (with Excel and GoogleDoc the usability was more than validated

Value risk (Does the product really solve a critical problem for the future users; is it really a painkiller instead of a vitamin)

Here groundwork and engagement with users comes into play
