Overview

With validation work we try to reduce risk related to the product endeavor early on.

The risk can be divided in different types:

Business validity and strategic risk (is it a good idea from a strategic perspective to pursue the product idea and is there a fit for the Sidestream)

Feasibility risk (are we capable of doing it especially from a technical point of view)

Usability risk (Will future customers be able to use our product properly)

Value risk (Does the product really solve a critical problem for the future users; is it really a painkiller instead of a vitamin)
