Here the workflow will be covered via high level sketches . There are three steps involved on a high level for the seller
2. When the seller clicks on the register for new account - below screen will be prompted. The data collected from the seller may be different ,this is just for reference
3. After doing successful registration and submitting seller can do the dashboard login as per the sketch mentioned in point number 1
4. Post login and uploading all the required documents as a part of registration seller will be able to access the dashboard and multiple features will be provided as mentioned below :
Catalogue management / Add the products Inventory management & order management including refunds Chat option with the buyer 5. The order management tab will provide the option to track active orders/ returns /cancellations
6. I have also created the high level sketches for an innovative option for the seller to integrate via chat option and broadcast to multiple buyers along with filter and sort options. High level pen paper sketch is as shown below
