Can we validate or benchmark early in the process? How we are going to test that we've enabled the user to do X?
Idea is to identify metrics that will help in understanding if the overall goal / objectives are on the growth track Metrics will be segregated into below categories -
Awareness : #users clicking on the " register to start sell " button Engagement : #users started the registration Conversions : # users successfully completed the registration and started selling / sold the products Retention : # latency in weekly /monthly basis Referral : # to promote the platform
I will break the complete metrics problem statement into quadrants
Core Metrics : Which are core to the overall goal / Objective Actionable : Which are actionable / can be measured or benchmarked with the available product stage /architecture Key Metrics to track
#sellers started selling / which can be further translated into revenue using the an average INR value per sale of product on the platform #increase in number of sale and number of new buyers MOM growth in the average revenue per user up-selling growth metrics for other offerings 💰 Product Dashboard
