At its most basic form, the Coda Admin Pack can be used to pull in and visualize data from your Coda workspace. Some of the most common data we see pulled are lists of audit events, docs, doc pack connections, doc makers, editors, and collaborators.
The Coda Admin Pack pulls data into tables. Like all Coda tables, you have the ability to manipulate how the data is formatted - you can sort, group, apply conditional formatting, or even add filters. For more on table formatting,
Follow the instructions below to connect your workspace to the admin pack and start visualizing your workspace data.

Step 1: Connect your account to each table
Click the “Connect an account” button and enter your Coda credentials to create a connection to the API. Once connected, the doc will sync your workspace data daily. You can adjust the sync frequency in the table settings to “Manual” or “Daily.”
Step 2: Explore the data
Familiarize yourself with the data tables below.
Add more sync tables and customize them with views and charts.
The audit events table contains a record of user activities performed within an organization. They are critical to an enterprise’s security monitoring efforts. Security professionals can proactively analyze the audit events for any suspicious behavior within a Coda organization and help them in forensic investigations in case of a security breach.
This table is a list of Pack connections linked to docs across the organization. This provides valuable insights into how different teams or individuals are utilizing various integrations within Coda. Understanding which Packs are being used, how frequently they are used, and by whom can help ensure data security and compliance.
There are two Coda license types in your workspace —editors and doc makers. This chart will display both. Use it to review numbers and ensure you have the appropriate licenses for your org.
Collaborators are people who view or edit docs but are not doc makers —both are free with Maker Billing—and are considered collaborators. Use this chart to understand your org. Are there any editors who could benefit from a doc maker license?

API tokens
Coda API tokens are authentication credentials that allow users to interact with the Coda API. These tokens are used to authenticate and authorize requests made to the Coda API. This table will list them —allowing you to monitor access and ensure data protection.

All users
This table will display data on all your users. You can view how active they are in your workspace and how others are interacting with their docs. You can also upgrade or downgrade their licenses directly from this table.
