Tax year changes

If the tax year changes within an API, we may receive the "TY" tag from specific API endpoints, as described below:

/User/RegisterMobUser - TY

/User/GetUserForSignIn - TY

Once the Tax Year changes in the API, we don't need to make changes in the native code, as it will dynamically update the entire set of pages.
