A goal must have a clear purpose and reason to achieve matching with your values and beliefs. Also it must push you out of your comfort zone and make you find creative solutions.
Deadline
It can only be guessed at the beginning. but you can always change when you get more clarity on the goal. A goal without a deadline will not get started. If the goal is too big, break them into sub-goals or milestones and have individual deadlines for them.
Category
A label to organise your goals and balance it giving equal priority to all it matters to you. Too focus on a specific category would derail the complete purpose sooner or later.
Analyse
Belief
You must absolutely believe you goal, deep in your heart, that you deserve the goal and you are capable of doing it. Belief would catalyst that activates all your mental and physical power. Often they are connected with faith and spirituality.
Clarify
What they really wanted to achieve. You must have an intense, burning desire for this goal and it must be something you wanted for yourselves not what others wanted you to achieve.
Visualize
Visualize your goal as if you have already attained. See it more vividly in our mind's eyes and think of how you would feel pride, satisfaction and happiness you would experience after achieving the goal.
Purpose & Benefits
Why did you want a particular goal in the first place? Make a list of all the personal benefits by achieving this goal. The more reason you have for wanting to achieve that goal, the more intense will be your desire.

Sub Goals
When a goal is too big and has various working domains, it would be easy to manage it as a smaller sub-goals. A goal can have one or more sub goals. Each sub-goal would have its own purpose, deadline, Plan, obstacles etc. The user can have individual attention to them rather than overwhelming them.
Objective
When there are too many tasks to complete it would be better managed by breaking them into smaller milestones. Milestone can have a deadline on its own, which makes the goal easy to track. It has the same purpose and vision of the goal does not have its own like a sub-goal.
Habits
To develop a new skill or to acquire a new knowledge, a user must develop a route to build a habit. It can be repeated for a specific duration of time or number of times till it becomes their nature.
Starting Point
Analyse your current state and write down your starting point in the attainment of your goal. This enables you to set goals that are believable and achievable rather than unattainable and self-defeating.
Obstacles
Determine the obstacles that are standing between you and your goal. Why aren’t you already at your goal? What is blocking you? What is holding you back?
Finishing Point
How would you know that you have reached your goal? What criteria marks the completion of goal
Resources
To achieve something you have achieved before you will have to do something you have never done before. to go beyond your current level of accomplishment, you will have to acquire and make plans to acquire knowledge and skill you have never had before.
People
People whose cooperation and assistance you would need to achieve the goal. What can you do to gain their help and cooperation?
Timeline
Track of every activity done for a specific task and key accomplishment. This would help the user to quickly glance the amount of time and effort spent for the task and navigate them to the right direction.
Journal
A regular note of new learning and observation while working on a goal. This would widen our knowledge about the goal and help us to iterate the plan till we achieve.
Tracker
Saving custom data which are related to the goal. for e.g. Money or time spend for a goal etc. User can use one or more logs to keep of a the info they need.
