If you generate a draft with AI, you can then adjust the output as needed and manually organize the sessions and exercises in the Training Sessions table below
Else, you can open each Training Session in the table below and assign specific exercises to it by selecting/adding them from the dropdown menu
Assign specific sets, reps, and rest intervals to each exercise
Once you have created the first week of sessions, you may duplicate them using the dedicated button for all the remaining weeks of the program and adjust volume and intensity for progressive overload
