A Case Index will contain a set of Cases that need support for a vulnerability.
A Case may be generated from;
an entry in a Cohort
a person self-referring and asking to be assessed and supported
a referral from a partner service
a concern raised about a Person or Household
Cases are raised by
the Lead Organisation
other Organisations as directed by the Lead Organisation.
