Case Management handles a caseload of cases.

The platform should be capable of

creating and categorising cases

tracking multiple unmet needs

generating a plan for each case / need

recording actions and events

generating and setting markers

managing status and outcomes

access control and auditing

generating statistics

Additional features may include

geographic presentation and spatial querying

linking to other data such as a gazetteer

generating and visualising insight

case type should be configurable so that any type of case can be handled

The platform may implement the

SAVVI Logical Model.⁠
