This teams table is used to connect the Opportunity owner ID the Salesforce pack is bringing in, to the proper username in your selected notification type.
For Coda notifications, you can simply use a People column.
If you chose Slack, add a column for Slack handles, and match the Owner ID to their proper Slack handle.
If you chose Gmail, add a column for emails, and match the Owner ID to their proper email.
