[Spouse, Children, Parents] Priority Direct Access Program P-3
Children are under 21 and unmarried.
The P-3 category of the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) affords access to members of designated nationalities who have immediate family members (known as “anchor” relatives) in the U.S. who entered as refugees or were granted asylum. Parents, spouses and unmarried children under the age of 21 of the U.S. anchor can participate in this program.
