Executive Summary

Modern education is becoming increasingly sophisticated and flexible, moving away from rigid, "one-size-fits-all" models to embrace multiple ways of learning. At KLUST, we recognise that our student body is evolving, with more individuals enrolling who navigate neurodivergence, physical disabilities, or chronic health conditions.
In the past, many of these students faced significant hurdles, not because of a lack of talent, but because there was a lack of formal support and clear channels to address their unique needs. The Inclusive Teaching, Learning, and Assessment (iTnL) Framework is our direct response to those challenges. It is a formal commitment to ensure that no student is left to navigate their education without the necessary tools and accommodations.

Bridging the Gap: From Barriers to Support

KLUST understand that for a student with a health-bounded condition or a different way of thinking, a traditional classroom can sometimes feel like an obstacle course. This framework changes that by providing a predictable and equitable structure:
Formalised Support: By establishing the Individualised Support Model, we move away from "ad-hoc" help toward a formal, documented system that guarantees your rights to a fair education.
A Flexible Environment for Learning: We utilise advanced digital tools and varied teaching methods to ensure that if one path is blocked by a health or sensory issue, multiple other pathways remain open for you to succeed.
Empowerment Through Agency: This effort is about giving you the power to choose how a student learn and how they are assessed, ensuring their academic journey is defined by their skills, not their struggles.

Why This Matters Now

As KLUST grows, our responsibility to provide a "Smart and Soulful" education grows with it. We are closing the gap between enrollment and graduation by ensuring that once you are part of our community, you have a formal, clear, and supportive channel to help you reach the finish line
