Guidelines
1. Be as human as possible in your messaging with prospects.
2. Default to using good grammar, but mirror the style and tone of your prospects.
3. Use emojis sparingly
4. The goal is to create a conversation, but the ultimate goal is to book the meeting

Introduction

You: Hey (first name) [Send]
You: Thanks for connecting! [Send]
If they reply something like “you’re welcome”, “no problem”, or “you bet”
You: I appreciate it. [Send]
If they don’t reply - wait A DAY then go to Conversation

Conversation

You: How are you? [Send]
If they reply something like “How are you?” or “Hope you are having a productive week.”
You: I’m great, thanks for asking. [Send]
You: I could use a little more coffee but hanging in there. [Send]
You: Have you seen this article - it’s quite a mind opener, what are your thoughts .
Wait at least an hour for a reply and continue the conversation naturally. As soon as there a spot to insert the following do so and if they don’t reply insert the following
Briefly mention what caught your attention in their profile.
You: I noticed your role in [specific aspect of their work]. I'm conducting research to better understand the needs of cloud/Kubernetes users like yourself.
I'd appreciate your insights on the opportunities and challenges within the public cloud for your industry/Kubernetes users. If you could magically fix one thing about the public cloud, what would it be and why?[Send]
You: Imagine a cloud platform that's significantly cheaper, faster, and simpler. What impact could that have on your business efficiency and productivity? [Send]
Answer Type 1- Problem we solve
IF REPLY GIVEN TALKS ABOUT ONLY THE PROBLEM THEY STATED AND it’s a
problem within the scope of Cloud Costs, Performance, Backup and Disaster Recovery and Security
You: I can relate to that, many people we work with are having similar challenges. We actually have a solution that is helping many of them (Address their challenge, example - and can cut costs by 80%/allows them to set up a private cloud environment).
Answer Type 2- Problem we don’t solve

Create Pipedrive Lead with the Prospect Name and LI Profile Name.
The Sales Team checks the ICP fit before sending the invitation.
If response is negative or there is no response after 2 WEEKS
