Ass you add new features to your product, set a KPI for what success looks like in terms of feature adoption.
When you’re setting the KPI and analysing this one just remember to set out what success looks like. If someone uses the feature once and then never returns, that’s not feature adoption, so you need to set out what adoption actually looks like.
