IRDAI License Norms

As per IRDAI regulations, a company applying for a corporate agent license must have a minimum paid-up capital of Rs. 50 lakhs.
The company should be registered under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013.
The company should have a minimum net worth of Rs. 10 lakh.
The company should have a sound financial track record and should not have incurred any losses in the preceding three financial years.
The company should have a minimum of two directors, and at least one of them should be an Indian resident.
The company should have a dedicated team of employees who are trained and qualified to sell insurance products.
The company should have a valid PAN card and GST registration.
The company should have a physical office space with adequate infrastructure and facilities.
