Social Media Manager (Part-time/Full-time)

👩‍💻 The role

We (Orizon Design 👋👋👋) are looking for a strategic Social Media Manager (you? 👀) to take ownership of our multi-platform content strategy. We need someone OBSESSED with social media growth (in a totally healthy way…) to amplify our voice across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and Behance — for both our company and our founder's personal brand.

We use creativity in the service of our vision and design websites, apps, and brands for startups and Fortune 500 companies in various industries (Health & wellness, science, fintech, fitness, fashion, social networks). 🎯 Your tasks

Own the content calendar across 7+ platforms (2 accounts: company + founder) Plan campaigns aligned with product launches and case studies Engage with our community authentically (no generic replies!) Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for captions and variations — but make it sound human Coordinate with our design team to queue up videos, animations, and assets Monthly analytics reports with actionable insights Proactively pitch new growth ideas and content formats Present weekly plans and incorporate feedback

😊 Your Profile

2+ years managing social media for design studios, creative agencies, or B2B brands Understand platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn ≠ TikTok ≠ Twitter!) Can write compelling, on-brand captions that don't sound like ChatGPT Obsessed with content calendars and scheduling tools Eye for design (enough to QC assets and give feedback) Comfortable with AI tools but know when to add the human touch Available for async communication (we're in Montreal, EST)

Detailed documentation in Coda, design team producing assets, existing calendar structure, brand guidelines, tools ready to go.
