On the Canvas - Object Formula

Here’s how to create the Object Canvas Formula:

Write the desired text on canvas page
Within that text, choose the desired keyword and type the following formula:
At the point of the desired keyword (in the sample text above, that would be “Atlantic Ocean” , insert a formula, that will look-up the chosen keyword and populate it with the corresponding data from this table: .

Do remember to add “_merge()” to each variable. This avoids the automatic conversion to totext().
Decide whether you want your pop-ups to display column headers or not. The example below on the left does show the headers, whereas the example on the right does not.

For this demo, in order to ensure better readability, I have included the parameter name in the formula. Here’s the formula to show headers (ie parameter names):

Here’s the formula to “blank out” headers (ie parameter names):

Naturally, the world is your oyster in accessing your table’s content within the Object-Formula. For ease of showcasing this demo, I have resorted to using “First” and “Last”.
