"I'm the person behind the Dallas Design Sprints brand, and the authority on the virtual design sprint process. I offer training and consulting services related to design sprints and remote working.
I'm also the organizer of the Global Virtual Design Sprint and the Referral Network for facilitators, designers, developers and researchers.
If you've been struggling to find a job or an opportunity in the market, we're running monthly talent sprints for select individuals who are familiar with the design sprint process. Send me a direct message here on LinkedIn if you're interested in learning more."
Based on the original Design Sprint process by Jake Knapp, a virtual design sprint takes the methodology into a remote environment. This allows for distributed collaboration and coordination with many different professionals at once.

I really think that conducting full days of remote workshops is impossible. My experience shows that after 1.5 to 2 hours of a remote workshop, the participants' attention decreases and fatigue appears. To maintain your Design Sprint and bring value with a distributed team the agenda must be adapted. My recommendation is therefore to stretch the number of days allocated to the Design Sprint up to 8 days. The agenda has been stretched to be more adapted to a distributed team. The workshops will be held in a 3-steps rhythm : Online introduction > Offline individual work > Online synchronization and merge
"Running a fully distributed/remote product design studio and network. Pioneered remote Design Sprints at AJ&Smart and now working on web3 products and how they can help our society exchange and transfer value. Trying to build something that will help us all stop seeing work as work but as something that brings joy along with financial stability.
Also love performing magic and creating frictionless interactions between humans and computers.
Love to chat about your product and ask me to show you a card trick when we meet! "

New Haircut offers digital product strategy and training to enterprise teams. But first, we had to experience our own digital transformation... We started as a team of product managers, designers, and developers with a vision of building beautiful, perfectly-crafted products. Our hearts were in the right place but our process was broken. We poured all of our energy into things like Agile and lean. Still, the products we launched failed. On the other hand, we knew product strategy was important but believed that discovery, research, UX, and design thinking were tools for other types of people. F*#k it! we thought... and began experimenting. We relearned everything we knew about designing exceptional products. And from that point on, our team, process, and products we created were never the same. So designing and building products will always be where we came from. But these days, we’re much more excited to help your team learn and implement the process and tools, so you can experience the same digital transformation.
