The purpose of the project is to provide TriviaLAB venues with a box of onsite marketing options to promote their weekly trivia night inside their business.
It’s meant to “wow them” so they are more likely to used the contents. Trivia venues do a terrible job of promoting the game before the first night. We’re hoping our presentation and perceived effort will motivate them to be proactive in their promotion which will mean less churn for TriviaLAB.
This project is about what goes in that box, what it looks like, the copy, all while keeping cost low.
This will be a 8.5x11 or smaller sheet of paper that is glued to the under flap of the box. When someone opens the box, it will show the contents and ways to use them.
This isn’t a great name for this but it’s the best I can come up with. Shipping labels are 4x6 inches. This item would stick to the box and the shipping label on top as a way of framing the shipping label while showing off our branding and cleverness.
Flyers: 8.5x11 in size. 15 total copies.
Info Cards: Business card sized. Meant to be handed out to customers and/or given to them with their bill is presented.
Front door decal: “Play Here” Something small but eye catching for people entering the building.
: a single 8.5x11 sheet of sticker that can be placed on the bathroom mirrors, telephones, etc. These stickers would only have the Trivia day and start time and maybe our logo.
Items Considered for Later Use
: 8x8 round. Expensive at 20 prints for $114
Table Tents: Double-sided with basic info.
