Matt Leano Questions

Collaboration

How do we see what each team is working on?
They need to know about the 2027 roadmap and should know this week
Connect with Shelbi first because she knows about the product. She gives Matt the stuff to create the course.
Shelbi and Mary own the product to revenue stream - not sure how they slipt it up
Who does what in the enablement team?

Enablement

Mail Courses - what is the release date of
Intro to Superhuman Mail versus - created quickly and was bare bones
- made by Mary Cocker on the rev team - this should be the only one for partners
Sana
Can I create new sub-courses? I’d like to create new components without making partners re-do the whole course. If we have a new/shift in a persona, how can I get them to take a mini-course for small changes? Leverage the program in Sana
Examples
PB&J for Hubspot & Mail - turn on self-enrollment so a partner can add to their library
Have you tried the certifications in Sana?
Gong
We are trying to scale having our partners shadow TAMs. Since that is not scalable or timely, we would like to take some great Gong calls and sanitize them for use by partners
Can we search through Gong with AI? Does it work well?

Pitches and demos

Who is grading them?
What technology are you using, Loom/Gong/Zoom/Team?
What suggestions do you have for doing recorded pitches and demos from partners?
Do you have a Capstone Script for sales & demos?
Matt will share the format and scripts and rubrics that are built into Sana. Sana doens’t do screen sharing
Enablement or leaders are doing the grading

Mail Accreditation Course

I need more of a competitive story with - Daveet had 1 slide. It is weak, but I can ask him
I also would like to know what are our biggest competitors outside of ChatGPT/Copilot/Gemini
Who on the Mail team should review my accreditation?
@Alexander Richardson-Newton
- Ask Shelbi
Spencer did the SKO presentation

Delivery

Courses

Coda Migration - we have 5 courses and I need to figure out how to deal with them
Do we put them all under one course and one accreditation? I’m inclined to say no, because some partners might only migrate from one specific app. (Need feedback on this)
Should they be standalone courses?

Alex
There is a group in Coda that builds the requirements - digital customer success - Dillon
Do we have another digital success team? - the PMs be a bridge to the academy team
Faryal - also has a Coda doc - the Sales Play: Superhuman MailAlex has a partner that has been
