Mail Courses - what is the release date of Intro to Superhuman Mail versus - created quickly and was bare bones - made by Mary Cocker on the rev team - this should be the only one for partners Can I create new sub-courses? I’d like to create new components without making partners re-do the whole course. If we have a new/shift in a persona, how can I get them to take a mini-course for small changes? Leverage the program in Sana PB&J for Hubspot & Mail - turn on self-enrollment so a partner can add to their library Have you tried the certifications in Sana? We are trying to scale having our partners shadow TAMs. Since that is not scalable or timely, we would like to take some great Gong calls and sanitize them for use by partners Can we search through Gong with AI? Does it work well?
