Mumbai Waste Management Project - Express your interest

Checklist for the NGOs to submit the RFP application.
Sign up on the India Partner Network (IPN) platform. NGO partners can log in if already registered.
Fill in the
Upload the concept note in the form before submitting it.
Submit the form for consideration by clicking on the “Register” button

Overview of selection process
Evaluation of submitted concept notes
Round 1 shortlisting based on concept note and setting up 1:1 meetings with selected organisations
Conducting Due diligence process for shortlisted organizations and round 2 shortlisting to take place
Finalizing on partners based on due diligence report
Initiate RFPs with partners

What will be the duration of the engagement?
The proposed engagement is for 3 years.
How can NGO partners find out about the status of the application?
The NGO partners will be updated about their application status through emails from the Sattva team.
Will NGO partners be able to change the details of the application post-submission?
NGO partners will be allowed to register for the RFP application only once. It is advised for the NGO POC to thoroughly check every section of the application prior to submitting as they will be unable to make any changes post submission.
Can the NGO partners register for more than 1 thematic area of the proposal?
We are currently only looking for projects within the waste management space. However, we are open to exploring other areas of intervention within the waste management space such as projects that focuses on the rights/wellbeing/capacity building of sanitation workers and their families.
