What is the purpose of Impact Sphere? Where does my organisation come in?
There is a notable lack of comprehensive documentation regarding effective strategies and replicable solutions that have demonstrated impact. Sattva Knowledge Institute’s (SKI) initiative, Impact Sphere, aims to address this gap by:
1. Curating viable sectoral solutions for the ecosystem through rigorous, evidence-backed documentation and curated dissemination of content.
2. Fostering increased efficiency and advancement towards solving sectoral problems.
We are therefore, actively seeking nominations for ongoing social-purpose organisations working specifically in the Livelihoods space. If you are an organisation who:
Has a demonstrable history in working on a specific sectoral problem e.g. women’s labour force participation, the informality of gig workers etc.
Have been able to replicate a tried and tested solution for an identified problem
In an effort to gather an array of social purpose organisations and their solutions for the Livelihoods sector, SKI and IPN are pleased to launch Impact Sphere. By contributing your organisation will:
Have the opportunity to have your organisation and your work featured in a Sattva report/publication for higher visibility amongst social sector stakeholders
Be a part of a solution-focused community of other like-minded organisations to partner, engage and network with.
What is Sattva Knowledge Institute?
Sattva Knowledge Institute (SKI), established in 2022, is Sattva’s official knowledge platform. SKI aims to guide investment decisions for impact, shedding light on urgent problems and high-potential solutions through carefully curating strong evidence-based research and engaging decision-makers actively with our insights. Overall, SKI aims to shift intent and action toward greater impact by influencing leaders with knowledge.

What are the eligibility criteria for Impact Sphere?
We are looking for any programmes that have achieved a demonstrable impact, preferably verified by a third party.
However, this does not mean that we are automatically rejecting programmes that do not have the above characteristics. Each submission will be considered by a member of our team.
The specific eligibility criteria can differ depending on the needs of our research.
How will I know if my programme has been selected for inclusion in a report?
You will receive an email from a member of our team, who will then take you through what that process will entail.
Why was my programme not selected for inclusion? Can my organisation still be considered for future opportunities?
Oftentimes, it is because the focus of the programme intervention was not in line with the research reports that we have planned for this financial year. This does not mean that we will not consider your programme in the future.
Additionally, as your organisation has signed up for IPN, you will be kept informed of other available opportunities.
