Add Jira fields for the different code base or object being touched
Training on process and field expectations
Simi’s involvement on TSD has helped communication

Internal Site & External Site for the Knowledge Base
Major updates should be shared from each of the Team Leads

Resource management in projects in advance with estimated times for allocation
Upfront planning at the beginning of projects
Available work in the backlog so that there is defined work available when team members aren’t needed in a project
Phased approach and assignment of resources in alignment with SDLC
Need to complete documentation in a way that makes it easy for people to jump in as necessary if there are urgent issues that arise
Long term projects we can make solid assumptions
Resource Allocation needs to happen on things that are not major projects
Plan like consultants
Have a short term plan and a long term plan
