About

Ensure you have a consistent process that converts clients.

Trigger

Receive an email that someone booked a consult.

Inputs

Folder 1- Pre-Consult worksheet
Folder 2- Consult Blueprint
Folder 3- Post Consult Responses
Folder 4- Consultation Evaluation

Actions

FOLDER 1-

Duplicate the blank pre-consult worksheet and name the document to start with the date and the potential client's name. Fill out the Pre Consult worksheet ( typically I plan on an hour beforehand). If you have access to this person's social media feel free to do a deep dive and learn more about them and or look at your past conversations if you've had them.

FOLDER 2-

Duplicate the blank consult blueprint and name the document to start with the date and the potential client's name. Have the call with the person and follow the timeline ( sharing the document while you're doing the consultation and or after the console is completely optional)

Timing for the 6 Phases for a Consult Call

Welcome (5 min)
Overview of How the Consult Will Go (5-10 min)
Blueprint Building (10-20 min)
Q &A/ Customize Blueprint Chart/ Add Additional Information (5 min)
Pricing and Decision Making - get time for follow-up or first call (5-10 min)
Recap and Thank You (5 min)

FOLDER 3-

Choose which pre-written email to send to them including the date and time with a Zoom link for the follow-up or first call, copy it from the Google Doc, and paste it into a message to them changing The information

FOLDER 4-

Go to the evaluation folder, duplicate the blank consult evaluation, and name the document to start with the date and the potential client's name. Use talk to type or type out a quick evaluation of how things went for the consultation and feel free to fill out the longer questions as well if you have time. Typically I include an hour for this and the email as well!

Outputs

Have a consistent way to convert future clients.
